Decent scooter, some delivery issues

I ordered a pavement scooter recently. The scooter itself is good quality and does what it says. I like the features and it feels safe. However, delivery took a bit longer than I expected, around a week and a half, and the tracking wasn't updated super regularly. The customer service was helpful when I called to check on it, though. Overall, a decent purchase, but they could improve on the delivery communication.

Fantastic travel scooter!

Great value on powerchair

I was looking for a good deal on a lightweight folding powerchair and found one here. I made sure to get the VAT relief, which was a big saving for me. You have to fill out a self-declaration form for it. It's not automatic, but it's pretty simple to do.

Nah, it's not automatic. You check a box or fill out a form during checkout. It asks if you're eligible, and then they apply it. Massive saving though, totally worth the extra click.

I got a lightweight manual wheelchair from M2Y, and it's been great. Quality seems good, and returns were easy when I had to swap sizes. Haven't tried CareCo though.

From what I hear, Mobility2You is pretty legit, especially for powerchairs. CareCo is also big, but M2Y sometimes has better niche products, and their customer service seems more personal if something goes wrong. Plus that VAT relief is a huge saving if you qualify.

I ordered a rollator last month, and it got to me in California in about a week. I think the big stuff like powerchairs takes a bit longer, maybe 10-14 days for the US.

yeah, powerchairs are usually delivered by a special courier from the UK. The website says to allow a couple of weeks, give or take. You'd probably get a tracking link once it ships.

They're a legit UK retailer. All the products I've gotten from them have been brand new and good quality. No knock-offs afaik.

I returned a walking frame once. It was okay, but they do have rules about scooters, especially if you've used them. Might be a restocking fee or something if it's not in perfect condition. Best to read the small print on their site.
